33kk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the 33kk platform and all of its services. When you create an account on 33kk, use any service, or access the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

  1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

  2.2 Account Security

33kk will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless the loss was directly caused by a technical fault on the platform.

  2.3 Account Closure & Suspension

33kk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms.
• On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• In cases of misuse of bonus or promotional systems.
• In cases of attempting to harm other users or the platform.

  3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on 33kk:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Mobile banking by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Mobile payment service by United Commercial Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

  3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if verification is required, processing time may be slightly longer.

  3.3 Identity Verification

Your account must be fully verified in order to complete a withdrawal. 33kk may request proof of national ID, mobile number, or payment account when necessary. Refusal to provide this information may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

  4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and the bonus is still capped at ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

  4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on bonuses is 20 times, based on the bonus amount only. For example: after receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

No wagering requirement applies to the deposited amount — only to the bonus funds.

  4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

The following activities may result in bonus forfeiture:

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Intentionally placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to share a bonus with another person.
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the bonus system.

  5.1 VIP Tiers

33kk has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular activity and engagement on the platform. 33kk reserves the right to make changes to the VIP rewards program at any time.

  6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 33kk platform:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or cyberattack.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

  6.2 Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior must be maintained toward other users and support staff on 33kk's live chat or any other communication channel. The use of offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

  7.1 Protection of Personal Data
